Digitized civil litigation files at the PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) website confirm that consumers who believed they were being harassed by Quick Collect, Inc. filed lawsuits demanding compensation.

According to PACER, in or around August 2016, an Arizona resident checked her credit report and saw that Quick Collect, Inc. was reported an alleged debt for dental treatment.
