Alleged Violations against MagnUS Services, Inc.*

According to information on the PACER website, on or around January 11, 2001, MagnUS Services, Inc. sent a collection letter to an Alabama consumer. She claimed that the contents of the letter did not properly advise her of her right to dispute the debt and take related action to protect her rights.

Feeling harassed by MagnUS Services, Inc., the consumer hired an attorney and took action against the agency for using false, deceptive, and misleading means to collect a debt.
The matter was later settled.
