Thomas. According to records viewable at the PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) website, consumers who believed they were being harassed by Intelligent Business Solutions, Ltd.. used federal law to fight back and demand compensation.

According to PACER, in February 2014 Intelligent Business Solutions, Ltd., sued Nevada resident J.W. Means, III to collect a debt allegedly owed to Northern Nevada Construction. The agency demanded $9,232.65, which was itemized as $5,002.25 as actual debt, $1,729.27 in interest and $2,501.13 in collection costs, the latter of which were not permitted by statute and were disallowed by the court.
