Are you being called by Imperial Recovery Partners, LLC?* Here's what you need to know.

There are a lot of reasons why people fall acquire debt: job loss, illness, or an unexpected expense house repairs. You may not be at fault for any of them, but once a certain number of payments are missed, creditors will assign them to third-party debt collectors or sell them to junk debt buyers who will proceed to chase you for payment.

Your Rights Under the FDCPA

  • Swearing, raising their voice, and making threats they have no intention of carrying out
  • Leaving voice messages that do not identify the collector and the purpose of their call
  • Calling before 8:00 a.m. and after 9:00 p.m. in the consumer’s time zone
  • Telling someone that they will be arrested if they don’t pay
