It has a B rating with the Better Business Bureau. The company was established in 2010, has approximately 20 employees, and is managed by Roy Shore. The PACER website holds records showing that those who felt that they were being harassed by HOVG, LLC hired counsel to help them pursue justice.

Alleged Violations against HOVG, LLC*

According to PACER, on or around August 15, 2011, HOVG, LLC sent a collection letter to a Colorado consumer. He sent a dispute letter on August 22, stating that he refused to pay, but collection attempts allegedly continued.

Feeling harassed by HOVG, LLC, the consumer hired a lawyer and sued the agency for:

  • Continuing to collect after he refused to pay
  • Using harassing and abusive means to collect a debt
