It opened for business in 2010, has fewer than 20 employees, and is managed by Darrell Thanna. Alleged Violations against Galaxy Portfolios, LLC*

According to PACER, on or around March 30, 2016, a representative of Galaxy Portfolios, LLC sent a collection letter to a California consumer. He alleged that the letter did not state the original creditor’s full name, making it impossible to determine whether the debt was actually his.
Feeling harassed by Galaxy Portfolios, LLC, the consumer sued the company for:

● Using false, deceptive, and misleading means to collect a debt
