According to PACER, on April 27, 2015, a Texas consumer pulled her credit report and saw that Collectech Diversified, Inc. was reporting a charge off or collection account. She faxed a dispute letter or on about April 29, but when she checked her credit report again on July 1, the agency allegedly failed to report the debt as disputed.
