Digitized legal records at the PACER legal archive show that those who believed Best Egg was harassing them consulted a consumer lawyer before taking a stand.

Alleged Violations against Best Egg
According to PACER, in or around May 2018, Best Egg called a Florida consumer to collect a debt related to a personal loan he had taken out with them. He said that May 2, 2018 and September 11, 2018, the company called his cell phone 225 times to harass him into paying.
Feeling harassed by Best Egg, the consumer took the company to court for:
