According to PACER, on or around October 19, 2015, Abraham and Kevork, LLC allegedly tried to collect a debt from a Washington consumer by sending 12 separate collection letters to him at his mother’s address. A company representative also allegedly called his mother and spoke to her about his debt. They allegedly identified themselves as the original creditor and, in a subsequent call, denied being debt collectors.

Feeling harassed by Abraham and Kevork, LLC, the consumer sued the company for:

● Using harassing and abusive means to collect a debt.

The matter was later settled.
