If you are contacted by Global Credit & Collection, you should send them a written request to stop contacting you. Make sure the request is sent via certified mail so you have proof of its delivery. If the company continues to contact you after receiving the notice, create a log notating the date and time of each call they make to you including what number the call comes from and the name of the representative, if possible.
