According to PACER, on or around September 2016, Oracle Financial Group, LLC started calling a New York consumer to collect a debt. She alleged that they called her at work and asked them to stop during a conversation on September 14, but the calls allegedly continued.

She also claimed that the company left voicemail messages in which it threatened to file a fraud case against her and that legal documents would be delivered to her place of employment.
