When she returned the calls she was told that the company was attempting to reach her husband.

Feeling harassed by Lamont, Hanley & Associates, Inc., Ms. Casso hired a consumer attorney and sued the company for allegedly violating the FDCPA by using harassing and abusive means to collect a debt.

The matter was later dismissed.
